2024 HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH-LONG PROGRAM
SUNDAY, September 15:
- Hispanic Heritage Month Kick-Off - NAHCC Official Kick Off at 2024 Upper Cumberland Hispanic Heritage Festival 11 AM to 5 PM. The Upper Cumberland Hispanic Heritage Festival at Dogwood Park in Cookeville, Tennessee a NAHCC partner in the appreciation of the diverse arts, music, food, dance and cultures of the many Spanish speaking Latino and Hispanic populations is presented by Hip Cookeville. FREE Admission.
- There will be cultural booths with lots of delicious ethnic cuisine samples, musical performances from 2 stages all day, dance, cultural arts & artists, bounce houses, balloon artists, face painting and many activities for your family and friends. -- All SPONSORS recognized
- Hispanic heritage month TV news media coverage and Spanish-Language Radio featuring small Hispanic businesses interviews promoting Nashville Hispanic business community and engagement opportunities via NAHCC network. #CELEBRATE #HispanicHeritageMonth

- “Building Strong Latino communities” at Trevecca Nazarene University: In recognition and celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, the Nashville Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is partnering with member organization Trevecca Nazarene University and Associate Provost of Mission, Excellence, & Reconciliation Dr. Terrence Schofield (Dr. T) with its students and surrounding community for a Business Lunch and Learn program moderated by Dr. Schofield alongside with presenter Yuri Cunza, President and CEO, Nashville Chamber of Commerce) and special guests entrepreneurs from our local Hispanic community. The event will be held on the campus of Trevecca Nazarene University (11:00 AM)
