Nashville Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce partners with Music City Center Workforce Development Program to provide construction job opportunities, training
NAHCC to open a satellite information and job application return site in downtown and South Nashville for potential employees seeking assistance
Nashville, TN.- The Nashville Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has joined as a partner of the Music City Center Workforce Development Program to assist local Hispanic residents and others seeking employment in getting construction jobs at Nashville's new convention center. From its office in downtown and a satellite location in South Nashville, the NAHCC staff will have applications available, interviewing job seekers to find out what construction related skills they have as well as guide them through the application process.
Applicants will be screened for qualification, interviewed by program facilitators and undergo job readiness training to ensure preparedness to be successful on the job.
Prospective employees can pick up applications at the NAHCC's booth during the International Career Expo, today from 4 to 7 PM (Bethel Church 5670 Granny White Pike, Brentwood TN 37027)
